Each year at Annual Meeting, Energy Workforce celebrates outstanding contributions to the industry through notable awards, and this year Members are invited to submit nominations for the Emerging Executive and People & Culture awards.
The Emerging Executive Award recognizes a promising Energy Workforce Member and professional who has shown extraordinary leadership within the Association and for the broader energy services and technology sector.

The People & Culture Award highlights a company that has demonstrated excellence and commitment to its employees. Companies can spotlight a specific project or initiative that has significantly improved the overall employee experience, leading to improved employee productivity, collaboration and job satisfaction.

For the 2024 awards, Energy Workforce is asking Members to submit nominations. Applications are due January 31, 2024, and award winners will be notified in February. The award will be given at the Annual Meeting on April 25.
