Webinar Addresses One-on-One Executive Coaching for 2023 Program Participants

More than 80 participants attended the Introduction to Coaching Webinar last week with Envision, a leader in corporate advising and coaching.

As a key component of the Executive Leadership Program and the ESG Certification Program, each program participant receives confidential, one-on-one executive coaching with an executive coach throughout the course of the program.

The coaching sessions, which occur two times throughout the year, provide an opportunity for the participants to invest time in themselves and discover ways to fill gaps, identify blind spots, enhance bedside manner and build upon the other skills they already have in place.

The Envision team explained the importance of continuously staying focused on goals and actively writing them down throughout the year and beyond. During the coaching sessions, participants will be challenged with identifying personal core values, focusing on skills, values and beliefs that need improvement, and determining and developing long-term accomplishments.

Over the course of the year, with the support and guidance from their coaches, program participants will have the opportunity to develop their own personal strategic plans. These plans will serve as a road map to success within their journey, and assist as participants face challenges and obstacles that may stand in the way of personal accomplishments.
